Community Link – 2019-20 Board of Directors

Community Link is governed by a Board of Directors. The Board is composed of not less than eight or more than twelve volunteer community members. The primary responsibilities of the Board are hiring and advising the CEO, fiduciary oversight (including budget and audit approval), policy setting (including organizational mission) and strategic planning. Members are elected by the Board for three-year terms, with a limit of three consecutive terms. Board meetings are scheduled monthly, and the Board must meet at least six times per year. Much of the work of the Board is done in the executive finance and nominating committees, as well as additional ad hoc committees.
