The Basics:

Don’t worry if you don’t have prior experience or formal training – We will provide training and continued support as needed throughout your time with us.

Please note you will need to pass a background check and MVR check and must have reliable transportation. 


Provide Supports and Supervision:

*Medication Management: Assistance administering medications and supports to schedule/attend medical appointments

*Money Management: Help maintain simple budget and encouragement to plan for future purchases

*Community Access: Provide support to attend/participate in community events and maintain friendships

*Daily Documentation: Provide clear and concise documentation on activities, appointments, and progress towards goals

In Home Supports:

*General household skills: Housekeeping with a focus on encouragement to maintain current skills

*Preparing healthy nutritious meals: guidance around healthy choices and participation with meal preparation



-Effective verbal and written communication skills required

-Positive, friendly attitude

-Reliable, flexible and compassionate

-Demonstrated talent for interacting with a wide variety of people.

-Ability to work effectively as part of a team

The Specifics


We have a variety of opportunities available at any given time. Below is our current needs, please indicate your preferences when applying.


  • Host Home Providers, we are looking for caregivers that are willing to have someone with an intellectual or developmental disability live in their home under the adult foster care model. We a variety of individuals looking for Host Homes around the Boulder County and Northern Denver Metro Areas.

  • Community Connector, you’ll work side-by-side with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities by providing supports and supervision in a day program setting. We are currently running our program out of our base site in the Gunbarrel due to COVID19. We have a few participants who are served 1:1 that access the community while following social distancing guidelines.
      • The ideal candidate would be willing to work in a group setting as well as out in the community in a 1:1 situation. In our group setting would be working with 3 to 4 participants while on site. Our site activities include exercise, current events, arts and crafts, virtual educational tours as well as many other fun activities! If this sounds like fun, we encourage you to apply! In addition to supporting participants, we require that Community Connectors be able and willing to help our participants with basic hygiene and personal care needs.
