Shaylyn has been with Community Link since 2019. She began her career in IDD services 20 years ago, working as a Direct Support Professional in a Day Program. Since then, she has worked in various services within the IDD community, including case management. Shaylyn has over ten years of management experience and holds a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management. As a Colorado native, you can find her enjoying everything our great state has to offer with her family and dog, Willow. When she isn’t working, she enjoys learning about natural healing, binge-watching, reading and Colorado craft breweries.

Julie joins Community Link with over 25 years’ experience in accounting and finance and two Master’s degrees. Julie is originally from Iowa and moved to Colorado in 1999. Outside of work, you can find Julie with her husband, three kids & dogs camping, hiking or out on a lake paddleboarding. She loves to cheer on her son playing competitive soccer and roping cattle while her daughters compete in the Jumpers horse arena all over Colorado.
Travis Wilson

Travis Wilson is a compassionate and experienced Social Worker with almost 20 years of experience in many facets of the IDD field, including direct care, adaptive recreation, residential coordination, CCB case management, HRC, event coordination and Community Center Board management. He received a Bachelors in Social Work degree from Metro State University of Denver. Travis is a Colorado native who enjoys spending time with family, friends and his older rescue dog, as well as going to shows, traveling, camping and sipping a local craft beer on a sunny patio.

Hillary has been with Community Link since April 2012. She has nearly ten years of experience in the IDD field, including working as direct care staff in a day program, job coaching and quality assurance. Hillary grew up with a couple of family members with IDD and was instilled with the value of community inclusion and acceptance from a young age. As our Day Program Director, she enjoys creating individualized services for program participants. Hillary earned a B.S. in Psychology from Colorado State University and is a 4th generation native of the Longmont area. Outside of work, she loves to spend time with family and friends and play softball. In addition, she is an avid dog lover and regularly brings her family’s labradoodle, Reggie, into the office.
Allison Grant

Allison has been with Community Link since 2023, but actually started her career here in 2013 as a DSP in our Employment Access and Retirement Programs. Over the years, Allison rounded out her experience providing SLS Waiver services, residential coordination, and day program management. Allison graduated from the University of Virgina in 2012 with a degree in Psychology. She moved to Boulder, Colorado and changed gears from transit safety to human services. She still never passes up an opportunity to drive big vehicles, but she is confident that her place is in the IDD world.
Allison lives in northern Colorado with her husband Eric, their cat Oblina, and pitbull Bruce. When she isn’t working, you’ll find her in her garden, thrifting and upcycling, creating art, or paddleboarding.
